This handbook is a collaborative effort between RxWorks and the veterinarians, managers and staff members who deal with management challenges every day in actual veterinary practice.
Our goal is to create a dynamic resource that draws upon our collective years of professional experience, current management philosophies and our understanding of how information management tools such as RxWorks can help us practice smarter – not harder!
The world of veterinary medicine is changing rapidly. How has your practice changed in the last five years? Are the management challenges you face now - the same ones you faced years ago? Are you meeting client expectations of compassion, convenience, competence and communication? How are you making informed decisions about setting fees, achieving profitability, adopting new diagnostic and treatment technologies and crafting exit strategies for leaving practice?
We'll discuss these topics in the handbook. Where specific tools within RxWorks can help address such challenges, we’ll set up links within the Handbook to our Manuals and RxWorks’ resources. Website visitors can view the handbook, but only RxWorks’ users can edit it.
