The Visits screen is divided to accommodate both clinical notes and the drugs and professional fees charged all in the one record. It is this combination of clinical records and billing details in RxWorks that is key to ensuring that work is accurately charged everytime.

Extensive clinical notes can be recorded either as free text or in a more structured layout to suit each veterinarian’s preferences. Comprehensive ‘type-ahead’ dictionaries are also available. Clinical histories can be enhanced with diagrams, laboratory results, digital images and x-rays, charts and sound-clips as well as with the Attachments function described previously.
