Operating large and multiple sites and hospitals, often open 24 hours, 7 days a week, RxWorks can tailor your requirements to our systems.  For example you may have an integrated IT department.  In this instance you might wish to support all hardware and 1st-level software support cases.  2nd-level support would be referred back to RxWorks.
